A friend of mine is leaving for Sydney to further her studies and so I was thinking of attempting to make a pandan chiffon cake for her as part of her farewell present. What initially I thought shouldn't be that tough, was actually not easy! Pandan chiffon cake is no easy peasy cake!
Though the husband says that the texture is *love* but the taste just wasn't that aromatic, the interior wasnt green enough plus the exterior color is not exactly caramelized. So this attempt has absolutely FAILED. hahaha!
I'm going to try to bake another pandan chiffon cake again today, if I manage to get a 25cm tube pan that is! If I succeed, I will share the recipe with you guys! Wish me luck!
