Mummii's bee hoon

I'm always in love with mom's signature black beehoon and today I decided to cook it myself for the very first time.

Ingredients
1/2 pack of beehoon
1 large can of pork leg
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
3 tablespoon of dark soya sauce

Method
Soak the beenhoon for about 10mins
Boil and debone the can of pork leg
Once the stew is boiling add in the sugar and dark soya sauce
Pour away the water used to soak the beehoon, add the beehoon into the stew
Mix the beehoon and stew until the gravy all dries up and beehoon is done!
